On locating mountain gorillas, the trekkers with trekking permits are given up to 1 hour to watch them do daily activities and take photos as they learn about their habits while those with gorilla habituation permits are given 4 hours to be around the mountain gorillas, making them used to human presence, watch the animals do daily activities, learn about their habits and take photos.
