Day 1: Travel from Nairbi to Lake Bogoria in the afternoon for flamingo watching or sightings.

Early in the morning, our guide drive will find you at your hotel in Nairobi and start the approximately 4-hour drive to Lake Bogoria, which is the new home for the flamingo birds. Visitors will get a chance to see large flocks of lesser and greater flamingoes at Lake Bogoria, a volcanically active national reserve. Lake Bogoria is home to a large variety of birds as well as larger kudus, zebras, cheetahs, buffaloes, hyenas, impalas, and baboons, yet it is not a game drive park in its own right.
