Day 1: Depart Nairobi for Masai Mara National Park.

Starting today, you will be able to pick up your hotel in Nairobi in the morning and then drive to Masai Mara National Reserve to start your 3-Day road trip safari from Nairobi. You will have a wonderful road trip, which is so much fun. Drive to Masai Mara during a layover in the Great Rift Valley. We continue on to the Western Walls through Longonot and Suswa, with a refueling break at Narok. Make it to Mara for lunch on time. After you have passed through the lodge, you’ll go on a game drive in the afternoon and evening where you should expect to see a lot, and we mean a lot! Grazers eating their food, predators pondering what to capture, birds, and breathtaking scenery will fill your camera. You can also continue on to the Mara, which is known for its Big Five (Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalo, and Rhinos).Late in the evening, the crew arrives at camp, just in time for dinner. The lodge/camp will be your home base for the night.

Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve Full-Day Game Drive

A filling breakfast at your lodge will set you up for an action-packed day, which will be complemented with a picnic lunch along the way. Expect to see the Big five (lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and leopard) as well as the Big Nine (cheetah, hippo, giraffe, and zebra) on this full day in the Mara. Antelopes, gazelles, bushbucks, elands, hartebeests, wildebeests, hyenas, mongooses, and a plethora of other creatures will cross your path. Swinging monkeys in the trees, as well as eagles, hawks, and vultures swooping through the skies, will add to your photo collection. Driving over the plains in search of big cats (black-maned lions, cheetahs, and leopards), with a picnic lunch at the Mara River location. During the yearly migrations, when millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle traverse the Mara plains landscape to feast on the rich fresh grass from the Serengeti, vast herds of wildebeest and zebra travel in great numbers over the Mara grasslands. Other simple games, such as the Topi, heifer beast, and eland, can also be seen, and later you will return to the lodge. At the lodge or camp, you will be served dinner and spend the night.

Day 3: Morning game viewing followed by a drive back to Nairobi.

This is the last day of our safari to Masai Mara National Park, and here you will go on a wildlife drive en-route to Nairobi City after an early morning brunch. Stops will be made in the towns to allow you to purchase mementos. Late in the afternoon, we will arrive. Following that, we’ll transport you to the airport or your hotel of choice.
