Day 1: Pick up from your hotel or airport in Dar es Salaam and drive to Ruaha National Park.

Today is the beginning of our 4 Days Tour to Ruaha National Park whereby the representative from Africa Adventure Vacations will pick you up from the airport or at your hotel in Dar es Salaam and commence the safari. You will be taken to Ruaha National Park, where we will stop for lunch in Morogoro Town before continuing our journey to Ruaha National Park. Along the trip, you will be able to enjoy the landscape of the environment as well as physical features such as Mount Kitonga and rivers. After reaching the Ruaha National Park, you will check into your booked lodge for dinner and the overnight stay.

Day 2: Wildlife sightings in Ruaha National Park

After having a wonderful night thinking about how the wildlife in Ruaha National Park would be, you will wake up early in the morning and have your morning breakfast prepared by the lodge and after a few kilos, you will be able to get into the Ruaha National Park with your safari driver guide ready to explore the wildness of Ruaha National Park. Ruaha is Tanzania’s second-biggest national park and the world’s only national park with a high number of lions, so you’ll have a full day to explore its wildness on game drives. During the game drive, we will witness endangered antelope species, including sable antelope and lesser kudu, which are regularly found in Ruaha. We’ll have a picnic lunch at a picnic location in the afternoon, then go on a wildlife drive till the evening, when we’ll return to your booked lodge for supper and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Another full-day game drive in Ruaha National Park.

This game drive is good for you to get more chances of seeing more wildlife in the park because the more you stray, the more you enjoy and watch more animals within the national park. Therefore, After breakfast, travel for a full day game drive with your safari driver guide, during which we will see wild species such as elephants, big groups of buffalo, impalas, waterbuck, giraffe, zebra, lion, and others, as well as enjoy the beautiful views of Maganga Madungu and Mbuyu Wa Fence View, which is close to the river line. The legendary chief Mkwawa of Haha used to hide from Germany with his men atop Kimilamatonge Mountain, which is another attraction. We’ll have lunch at a picnic spot along the river, then proceed on a game drive in the evening, when we’ll observe many animals heading to the river for water, since the park’s whole animal population is dependent on the large river Ruaha. After that, we shall go back to our accommodation facility for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Return to Dar es Salaam to conclude your safari.

This is the last day of your safari in Ruaha National Park, Tanzania. And in the morning, after a healthier breakfast, we will pack all of your belongings for the transfer to Dar es Salaam. Along the way, we will see different villages and some activities that the locals engage in around the environment we pass through. In the afternoon, we will stop for lunch in Morogoro town before continuing with the transfer.
