3-Day Akagera National Park Wildlife Safari

Our 3 Day Akagera National Park wildlife safari means that you will spend 2 nights and 3 days in Akagera National Park. Akagera national park is the only savannah park in Rwanda and it is the only park that provides the visitors with the safari experience of meeting the big five animals that include the, lions, elephants, African buffaloes, leopards and other animals that can be seen within the park such as the zebras, giraffes, impala, hyenas among other animals and this very interesting and wonderful for the visitors to explore. Day 1: Pick up from Kigali and drive to Akagera National Park and do the afternoon Lake Ihema boat ride safaris

 Yes our 3 Day Akagera National Park wildlife safari will start with a pick up from your hotel at around 9am in the morning after having your health breakfast that is served by your hotel. You will be driven to Akagera National Park and you will drive for about 3 to 4 hours to get to Akagera National Park and you will be in Akagera in the afternoon,, you will check in into your lodge have lunch and after lunch in the evening you go for the boat cruise on Lake Ihema and after the 2 hours of the boat cruise of the Lake Ihema, you will be driven back to the loge for the dinner and the overnight stay.

Day 2: Full day wildlife safari game drive in Akagera National Park

Today, we shall spend the full day on the wildlife safari game drive  and this will start early in the morning before the sun comes put  in order to find the predators and the early morning animals risers. The game drive will be done to spot more animals such as the spotted hyenas, elephants, buffaloes, the bushbigs, rhinos, lions, and several other animal species will be spotted. You will as well enjoy the bird species in case you are interested in birds because Akagera National Park also features a lot of the animals species that you will need to know most for the best and wonderful species. The whole say will be for the animal’s game drive in the entire national park and later you will have to return to the Lodge and have the comfortable stay for the 2^nd night and the last night in Akagera National Park on this safaris.

Day 3. Kigali city tour and end the safari

On 3^rd day of our safari which is probably the last day of our safari, we will leave Akagera National Park after breakfast but before we completely move outside the park, we will drive to the northern section of the Akagera National Park and have the last wildlife or game sightings in the park and this section, several animals will as well be spotted including lions among pothers. Once this is done, we will drive straight back to Kigali city whereby we will rich in the afternoon and if you still have time, we will explore the Kigali city, visits the city markets, the art gallery, the Kigali genocide memorial site and if there is no time, we will drive you straight to the Kigali International Airport and drop you and this marks the end of this safari.
