5 Day safari to Masai Mara and Amboseli National Parks
per person
Our 5 day Masai Mara and Amboseli National Park safari will begin and end in Nairobi, making it the best safari destination in Kenya. Masai Mara and Amboseli are popular Kenya destinations where the majority of the animals can be found. Animals such as elephants, wildebeest, zebra, and gazelles, as well as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, can be easily found here. They, along with a plethora of other species, may be found in the sun-dappled areas of these two magnificent parks. The Masai Mara National Reserve is regarded as the king of Kenya’s parks, just like the lion is regarded as the king of animals and the jungle. A safari in Africa isn’t complete without a visit to the Masai Mara. It’s a place teeming with lion prides and other large cats, as well as all five of the world’s most famous animals.
On the other hand, our 5-day Masai Mara and Amboseli National Park safari will lead you to Amboseli National Park, which is a wonderful place offering clear views of the Kilimanjaro Mountains. Mt. Kilimanjaro, which frames this colorful reserve packed with stately parades of big-tusked elephants, is a wonderful location for soaring peaks like Mt. Kilimanjaro. Though it lacks the wide swathes of land that the Mara has, the reserve is nonetheless alive with plentiful displays of large animals in a lovely environment.

Day 1: Depart Nairobi for the Masai Mara National Reserve.
This is the opening journey of our 5 day Masai Mara and Amboseli National Park safari. The journey from Nairobi to Masai Mara takes about 6 hours, and our Africa adventure safari guide will find you at your hotel early in the morning for the pickup, and the driver will drive you in the private 4×4 land cruiser Jeep as you clearly see the sunrise on your new safari day. We’ll have breakfast in the little village of Narok before continuing on to the Masai Mara. We should arrive in the middle of the morning. The park’s undulating hills and distinctive acacia trees, which are displayed in front of you, invite you to explore. This is the region’s most diverse environment, including both large and tiny animals. Your guide is familiar with the region and will take you to the best spots to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, and other big game.
We’ll stop for a picnic lunch and unwind under the wide grassland and brilliant Mara sky. Then it’s on to more game drives and exploration. As we return to our safari lodge or tented camp for dinner and repose in the evening, look for a magnificent sunset.
Lodging: options include Mara Simba Lodge (Luxury), Mara River Camp (Comfort) and Enkorok (Standard).
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 2: A full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara National Reserve.
It’s time for an early morning game drive to soak in the new day—the gentle light dances across the fields and trees as the wildlife awakens from the night. This is a day to do as much or as little exploring as you choose, although you may also rest at your hotel. Simply talk to your guide; he’ll always be able to offer advice. If you visit between July and October, you’ll be able to see the Great Migration, an annual event in which countless herds of wildebeests, zebra, and gazelle migrate into the Mara in search of water and grass. We’ll go down to the Mara River to see the hippos and crocodiles that live there. Large numbers of predators like lions and cheetahs are also waiting for the moving herds. Nature’s drama may sometimes be witnessed in all of its ferocious intensity right in front of our eyes. Take advantage of an optional hot air balloon safari above the dawning park to add to the drama of your Africa safari. Rise with the sun till the Mara’s grandeur is fully seen below. It was an incredible experience. We provide an optional visit to a nearby community to give your safari some cultural depth. Meet the Maasai people, learn about their traditional way of life, and possibly purchase some of their handicrafts and brilliant beading. We’ll return to our lodging for dinner and an overnight stay.
Lodging options; Mara Simba Lodge (Luxury), Mara River Camp (Comfort) and Enkorok (Standard).

Transfer from Masai Mara to Amboseli National Park on Day 3.

Therefore, you will have to wake up early in the morning, have breakfast, and then checkout from your lodge and head to Amboseli National Park together with your safari guide. However, we’ll take breaks along the way to view the farms, farming, and Kenya’s stunning natural beauty. We’ll take a break for lunch to stretch, relax, and recuperate. When you see the famed Mt. Kilimanjaro spire in the distance, you’ll know we’re getting close to Amboseli. We’ll arrive in the afternoon, just in time for a game drive.
Amboseli National Park’s famed free-ranging elephants may often be found parading in majestic processions, so you won’t have to search far. The typical clouds that hang above Kilimanjaro’s top may split in the evening, revealing the famed snow-capped mountain. We’ll have breakfast while taking in the fresh air, sights, and sounds of the park. More investigations follow as we explore new regions of the park, such as Observation Hill, a great site to see the animals, and the marshes, which are home to an abundance of waterfowl. After lunch, we’ll organize our afternoon activities, which might include resting or exploring the park’s lakes and woods. Keep an eye on Kilimanjaro as the evening approaches; its snow-capped peak could just peek out from behind the clouds. And our fourth night will be spent in Amboseli National Park.
