However, the best time to visit this mountain gorilla family is the dry season of June to September and December to February. During the dry season, there is little or no rainfall in the park, the trekking trails are less muddy and not slippery, the vegetation in Mgahinga is thin giving clear views of eth park animals and good photography, and the roads leading to the park are passable.
